Suk-Yin is an undergraduate research assistant in the Shrestha Lab and her mentor is Sunghoon Kim. She is a junior majoring in biomedical engineering with a specialization in cellular & molecular engineering. She is focusing on the role of protein synthesis in the medial prefrontal cortex during long term emotional memory consolidation. Outside of the lab, she enjoys traveling, baking, trying new foods, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the city.
